The Recruitment Process

1. Listening and understanding

Following the assignment, we give interviews and subsequently develop detailed job descriptions. These are intended to provide us with initial information on suitable candidates. In addition, and prior to specific talks, we will gladly make a list of target companies and candidates available to you for approval.

2. Finding the candidates

With the documents you have adopted, we address suitable job holders directly by telephone, personally and via social media and supply you with a suitable selection of candidates in writing. After consultation and coordination with you, we will present the applicants to you personally, advise you on the selection and organise follow-up appointments with the personalities with whom you would like to intensify talks.

3. Conclusion of contract

From the second interview onwards, we carry out a concrete case study in consultation with you, which reflects the candidate’s future area of responsibility as concretely as possible. In addition, we obtain references to the short-listed partners and support you in the process of contract negotiation and conclusion with the recommended personalities.

4. Follow-up support

During the trial period we support the onboarding process and coordinate with you to ensure a successful integration of the employee (m/f) into your structure.
