History
In 1975 the Bernd Heuer Group was founded as consultants for the building, property
and finance markets. Initially active as business, marketing and personnel consultancy,
it continued to develop further during the 80s. Today it is a comprehensive supplier
of consultancy services in the Human Resources sector and events for sector
developments and specialist subjects as well as further education and training.
1975-1985 B & W Marketing In the early years Bernd Heuer was mainly concerned with building, property and finance markets as a marketing consultant. His aim was to develop and implement marketing concepts for projects as well as for companies. During this period, the national establishment of the Baumeisterhausgruppe, a co-operation between medium sized companies, who supplyed traditionally built houses throughout the country. 1985-1990 Bernd Heuer business and personnel consultancy As a result of the close co-operation with leading market partners such as Bulwien & Partner in the field of market research as well as Dr. Seebauer & Partner, specialised in business consultancy services, the consultancy partnership, Management Consulting Group was formed in this decade. As a result of the merger with the personnel consultancy activities of Dr. Seebauer the company, Bernd Heuer- Dr. Seebauer & Partner Human Resources GmbH (with branches in Königstein, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Berlin), was formed. The event activities were carried out by Bernd Heuer Communications GmbH Düsseldorf. 1990-1997 Bernd Heuer Communications GmbH Bernd Heuer Human Resources GmbH 1995 Institut für Corporate Real Estate; Int. Institut für Facility Management i2fm After reunification the company initially concentrated its activities on the planning and execution of events in the new federal states and, besides many other events, a first congress with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. At the beginning of the 90s the foundations were laid for the ebs Immobilienakademie (today IREBS Immobilienakademie) (property academy) in Oestrich-Winkel in co-operation with Professor Dr. Schulte. Bernd Heuer & Partner Human Resources GmbH donated and continues to donate the Junior Property Professional award for the best student of the year in the property economics course. Under the editorship of Bernd Heuer the first edition of the specialist magazine, "Immobilien Manager" was issued by the publishing house Rudolf Müller Verlag. Parallel to this the same publisher created the "Who is Who in der Immobilienwirtschaft" on the basis of our Group’s data. In 1997 Bernd Heuer and the publishing house Müller donated the innovation award of the property business, "Planen, Bauen, Managen und Finanzieren", which has continued to be presented since 1999 by the FAZ (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung) in conjunction with the "Immobilien Manager". During the course of these years the Management Consulting Group separated, whereupon the personnel consultancy was carried on under the name of Bernd Heuer & Partner Human Resources GmbH. The associated companies continue to work together in partnership and also attend exhibitions together. from 1998 Bernd Heuer Dialog Berlin GmbH Bernd Heuer Dialog Düsseldorf GmbH In acknowledging changing generations the company was restructured: Mr. Thomas Flohr joins Bernd Heuer & Partner Human Resources GmbH as Managing Director and Partner. Bernd Heuer Dialog Düsseldorf GmbH, newly founded together with Bernd Heuer, Gitta Rometsch and Martin Köller took over the business sectors of Bernd Heuer Communications GmbH as an innovation consultancy and engaged in activities connected with the fields of University marketing and publicity as well as in the organisation of events. Bernd Heuer worked with Bernd Heuer Dialog Berlin GmbH and supervised the market entry of Immobilienscout 24.de (an Internet property webside). The experiences gained in the development of study courses at the ebs Immobilienakademie resulted in the founding of Agenda4-eCommunity. This is an initiative which pursues the aim of developing the demand made in Agenda 21 for permanence in city, property and building development by developing postgraduate master’s courses together with Universities, public funds and the business community. Furthermore, Martin Köller, Gitta Rometsch and Bernd Heuer established the Internationales Institut für Corporate Real Estate and the Internationales Institut für Facility Management (i2fm). Today All companies are successful in their areas and are continuing to grow. Bernd Heuer & Partner Human Resources GmbH has developed into a comprehensive Human Resources investment consultancy and has introduced new services for the recognition and development of potential into the market. In co-operation with Prof. Dr. Wottawa (Ruhr University, Bochum) the company has developed the Human Resources portfolio analysis. |
